Another Dog Bite Case. . . .

A Summerville woman was attacked by a tan lab-like dog on Kelly Street Sunday afternoon, according to police reports.

Tammy Patterson, of Scoggins Street, was walking when the tan lab type dog scratched her left hand and bit her on the right buttocks. The incident was witnessed by an adult and some children. Animal control arrived and took the dog into custody.

“The complainant refused medical treatment,” Officer Phillip Cox reported.
