DUI Driver Identified After This Morning’s Crash
The 54-year-old driver in this morning’s crash on Center Post Road near Trion has been arrested for DUI and seriously injuring his passenger, according to Chattooga County Jail records.
Georgia State Patrolman Doug Shamblin arrested Donald Williams Hulsey for DUI, serious injury by vehicle and failure to maintain a single lane, according to jail records.
