(Updated) Edwin “Ed” Coleman Thompson, Sr.

Mr. Ed Thompson, age 88, of Menlo, GA, died Saturday, April 27, 2019, at his residence.

A memorial service for Mrs. Thompson will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, May 3, 2019, at the Menlo Presbyterian Church with Rev. Jan Warren officiating.

There will be a gathering of family and friends from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to a special account set up at United Community Bank for Menlo Elementary School Students in memory of Ed Thompson, Attention:  Anita Willingham-Smith, 9699 Rome Boulevard, Summerville, GA.
