Both Chattooga High School and Trion High School will play spring football games tomorrow (Friday, May 18). Chattooga plays Fort Payne at 7:30 p.m. at the Little Big Horn stadium in Summerville. Trion will play Gordon Central at 7:30. The game will be at Gordon Central.

It wasn’t easy, but the Lady Bulldogs Tennis Team came from behind to defeat Taylor County 3-2. The Trion squad claims their first state title.

The Chattooga Indian track team got off to a good start today when Jamarious Mosteller brought home the title in the Triple Jump on the first day of state meet.

The Trion Bulldogs’ game against Irwin County is on again, thanks to a court ruling that threw out the injunction that halted the state playoffs in Class A last week. The games, as of right now, barring any additional legal ramifications, will be played beginning today. Trion is playing at Irwin County.

Update: The Trion Bulldogs baseball team is headed home after no decision has been reached with the GHSA about the Class A problems with an appeal being heard in Atlanta.
