(Updated) Regina Hurley

Mrs. Regina Lynn Gill Hurley, age 41, of LaFayette, GA, died Tuesday, January 29, 2019, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Hurley was born February 4, 1977, in Rome, GA, daughter of the late John David and Barbara Jean Galloway Gill.  She was a devout wife and a homemaker for many years.  Mrs. Hurley was known for the love, care, and nurturing of many sick and injured animals.  She was also known for her ability to grow beautiful plants, roses, and other flowers.

Mrs. Hurley is survived by her husband, Eric Hurley; sister and brother-in-law, Rebecca and Kenny Clark; niece, Chelsey Smallan; nephews, Joseph Smallan and Joshua Smallan; and a great-nephew, Lane Smallan.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hurley will be held at 3:30 Friday, February 1, 2019, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Russell Swafford officiating.  Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Kenny Clark, Joshua Smallan, Danny Galloway, Doug Gill, Adam Gill, and Jessie Gill.

Mrs. Hurley will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday.
