Phyllis Ann Elrod

Ms. Phyllis Ann Elrod, age 59, of Fort Payne, AL (formerly of Summerville, GA), died Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at her residence.

Ms. Elrod was born October 21, 1960, in LaFayette, GA, daughter of the late L.M. Phillip “Bud” Kirby and Mary Jo Harris White.  She was a homemaker and a member of Dry Valley Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Phillip Kirby.

Ms. Elrod is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Josh and Anna Elrod, Justin and Jackie Elrod; sisters, Mary Nell Fowler and Sandy Ball; grandchildren, Emma Rose Elrod, Chance Elrod, and Luke Wallace; nieces and nephews, Shane Barrett, Amanda Horton, Erin Hutchison, and Patrick Kirby.

Memorial services for Ms. Elrod will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 28, 2019, at Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Lemons officiating.

There will be a gathering of family and friends at Mason Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service on Saturday.
