Jerry Ralph Smith

Mr. Jerry Ralph Smith, age 66, of Summerville, GA, died Wednesday, December 25, 2019, at Redmond Regional Center.

Mr. Smith was born November 6, 1953, in Huntsville, AL, son of the late Ralph and Della Louise Adcock Smith.  He was employed with Mohawk.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Christine Smith; sons, Rick (Lori) Reliford, Jerry Jr. Smith, Shaun (Ashley) Rubi; daughter, Freedom Nabors; step-daughters, Amber N. Wooten, Ashley C. Waldon; step-son, Jacob R. Wooten; grandchildren, Patrick Smith, Christopher Nabors, Felicity Nabors, Havan Wooten, Madisyn Wooten, and Kristen Smith.

Funeral service will be held 12:00 Noon Monday December 30, 2019 from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Smith will be in state at the Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends  Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour.
