Dies April 9, 2020
Kenneth Wayne Wooten, 73, Summerville, died April 9 at Redmond Regional Medical Center following a sudden illness.
Kenneth was born on January 26, 1947, son of the late Wallace Wooten and Othel Marshal Wooten. He was a member of the Sonrise Community Church. Kenneth loved riding his bicycle “Cadillac” daily to visit his many friends in the community. In addition to his parents, his brothers, Lavoyd “Tommy” Wooten, James Wooten, Dennis Wooten, and sisters, Dessie Cash, Barbara Chaney, and Marie Wood died earlier.
Surviving are a brother, Curtis Wooten; a sister and caregiver, Patricia “Pat” Wooten; nieces, Debbie Gaines and Erica Dover as well as a number of additional nieces and nephews.
In accordance to Kenneth’s wishes, he will be cremated and the family will have a private memorial service in the coming days.
