Alexander Road, off Spring Creek Road, has been turned into a one-lane road because of pavement issues. It is expected to reopen late Wednesday.

Trion Resident Admits To Smoking Meth Prior To Driving
A Trion man confessed to smoking methamphetamine three hours prior to driving, according to Summerville Police reports. The City of Summerville is experiencing phone issues. Customers needing to make a payment may call the automated number at 833-250-4484 or pay online at www.summervillega.org. There is a $ 1.25 fee for these services. City Hall is open until 5:00 p.m. today.
